This conversation set is ideal for organisations that are primarily interested in employee feedback and employee experience within an Agile environment. EX Genome for Agile is suited for full Agile or mixed Agile organisations.

 

This is a simple variation of the EX Genome where some questions have been revised to use Agile terminology. 

 

For organisations that work in a mixed model environment where some of the organisation is Agile and the rest is not, you have to option to run this conversation set side by side with the original EX Genome.
