We believe that feedback systems shouldn’t just push feedback up to the top of the organisation. We know that sending the feedback to the person who can most likely do something about it, will help increase your opportunities for real changes to occur. 

 

Joyous directs feedback to where it’s most useful, and often that means to multiple places. Depending on the context, we can direct feedback to your direct leader, a subject matter expert, a coach, lead, or even people within your team.
