Open and owned over anonymous and unowned

Watch the video course here: Introduction to Joyous

This is one of four principles from our Agile Employee Feedback Manifesto. These principles underpin the Joyous approach to employee feedback.

The idea of owned feedback is simple. When you give feedback in Joyous your name goes with it. Best of all: someone can have a conversation with you about it - instantly. This means you can help turn it into action, and own your part in making things better.

Compare this to anonymous feedback systems in which nobody knows who you are - or at least they are not meant to. In these systems you can't directly help and nobody can talk to you about it.

Organisations that use Joyous want to power a trust-based culture and want to hear your open, honest feedback.
