Most Joyous conversations start with a rated statement. After reading the statement, select a score from 0-10 depending on how strongly you agree or disagree with it.
There are two ways to select a score for a rated statement.
1. Select or click a score from your email.
- Click on a score in the Joyous email. This will take you to your Joyous conversations where your score will appear selected.
2. Select a score from mobile, Slack, MS Teams or Meta Workplace.
- Click the link provided to view your questions. This will take you to your Joyous conversations.
- When a rated statement appears, click or tap a score to answer the question. Your score will appear selected.
📝 Note: If there are any more questions, they will appear automatically.
