The team performance conversation set is suited for companies with teams that set objectives on a 3-monthly cycle. There are 12 questions that are asked on a 3-month rotation.

 

This content does not measure individual performance - we believe this is not helpful nor is it a positive experience. At the end of the cycle, questions are asked that can be used to inform setting team objectives for the next cycle.
