      Agile Maturity+ Assessment Survey

      Run a survey to assess your team's agile maturity using the Agile Maturity+ Assessment Survey.

      Run a quarterly Agile Maturity+ Survey to continually monitor and improve agile maturity. 

      Survey structure

        • Questions are grouped by category to ensure that the survey is easy to follow for participants.
        • We recommend asking 3 - 5 rating questions followed by 1 open question for each category, as surveys are naturally measurement-focused rather than conversational.
        • The open question for each category seeks ideas and solutions for improvement.
        • We discourage exceeding 20 questions per survey, as this results in survey fatigue.
        • Messages, instructions and encouragement throughout the survey help with pace setting and engagement.

       
       
      Part 1 (Customer Satisfaction)
      Type Survey

      Hi!

      This survey covers three agile pillars: customer satisfaction, engagement & time to market.

      Each pillar is a section asking several rating scale questions and ending with one open question.

      Get started by telling us how strongly you agree or disagree with the following statements about customer satisfaction.
      Rated Statements

      1. We learn rapidly by using "safe to fail" experiments often.

      2. We make good decisions for our customers based on data insights.

      3. When planning we prioritise our work based on clear business and customer value.

      4. We understand who our customers are, what their needs are and the value we create for them.
