- When a team member in your reporting line has responded to a Joyous question, you can view their feedback by accessing the live feed. You will also receive a daily summary at 8am that lets you see any new feedback.
- From the live feed, you can comment on the team members feedback and start a conversation.
- If you are looking for a specific team member in your reporting line you can filter the live feed by their name to see only their responses.
No, if the team member has not yet responded to any Joyous questions.
- When a team member in your reporting line has not yet responded to a Joyous question they will not appear in the live feed.
- You will not be able to start a conversation with the team member in Joyous until they have responded to a Joyous question.
- We recommend checking in with this team member to see if they are having any issues answering the Joyous questions.
