COVID Check-in (Survey)

Run a survey to check in with your team members and assess how they have been impacted by COVID.

During lockdowns and other COVID restrictions check-in with your people by running a survey using the COVID Check-in conversation set.

Not every team member is in the same situation. We have provided different survey options to fit each circumstance.

We recommend keeping surveys below 10 minutes to complete. Long surveys can cause fatigue and result in poor data quality.

Survey structure

    • Questions are grouped by category to ensure that the survey is easy to follow for participants.
    • We recommend asking 3 - 10 rated scale questions followed by 1 conversation starter for each category, as survey's are naturally measurement focused over conversational.
    • The conversation starters for each category relates directly to the rated scale asked immediately before it to ensure a logical flow for the participants.
    • Including messages, instructions and encouragement throughout the survey helps with understanding and engagement.

📝 Note: This survey can also be run as a weekly conversation set instead.

Below are the different options of the COVID Check-in survey.
