Culture (Conversation set)

Creating opportunities for change for individuals that leaders can easily action.

This conversation set is based on our extensive EX Genome research project. It covers everything from well-being, culture & environment, engagement, and fairness and inclusion. This is our most extensive set, including 48 conversation pairs. That's enough to have unique conversations every week for a year.

Conversations start with a rated statement and are followed by an open question that enables team members to talk about their personal experiences, relay preferences, ask questions, and offer ideas and suggestions. Questions do not ask for feedback about leader behaviour making it comfortable for team members to give feedback, and also comfortable for leaders to receive and take action on the feedback.

📝 Note: This conversation set can also be run as a long form survey instead.

Here is the full conversation set.
