Culture Survey

Run a Culture Survey to crowdsource ideas for improving the culture at your organisation.

We recommend keeping surveys below 10 minutes to complete. Long surveys can cause fatigue and result in poor data quality.

Survey structure

  • Questions are grouped by category to ensure that the survey is easy to follow for participants.
  • We recommend asking 5 rating questions followed by 1 open question for each category as surveys are naturally measurement-focused rather than conversational.
  • The open question for each category seeks ideas and solutions for improvement.
  • We discourage exceeding 20 questions per survey, as this results in survey fatigue.
  • Messages, instructions, and encouragement throughout the survey help with pace setting and engagement.
