How do I send a live test?

Live tests allow you to send test questions to internal stakeholders so they can experience the process of receiving and answering a Joyous question.

There are three key steps to running a live test demonstration:

  • Send live tests
  • View live tests
  • Delete live tests


1. Send a live tests.

  • Navigate to Planning board.
  • Click on a campaign tile, or select a campaign from the filter dropdown.
  • Click on 'View Setup' and then click on 'Send Live Test'.
  • Enter the recipient's first & last name + email or mobile number.
    • Entering their email address will send a test question to their email inbox.
    • Entering a mobile number will send a test question via SMS/text.
  • You can send a test to as many people as you like. New rows/input boxes will be added each time a new name is entered.
  • Once you have entered, all the names + email / mobile numbers, click 'Send'.
  • After 30 seconds, the recipients will receive either an email or text message containing a link to their question. They can click the link to answer the question.

2. View live tests.

  • Once a recipient answers their test question, their conversation thread will appear in the live feed.

3. Delete live tests.

  • Navigate to campaign setup.
  • Click on 'Settings' and click the three dots in the upper right of the setting bar.
  • Click on 'Delete Live Test' and then click on 'Delete'.
