The Campaign Assistant is available within the Template Gallery when creating a campaign. You can use the AI Assistant toggle to hide or show the sidebar:

The Campaign Assistant has three options:

  2. Find a template (coming soon)
Enter a desired campaign topic to find the best match from the Joyous campaign template library.
  3. Suggest improvements (coming soon)
Choose an existing campaign and get suggestions to improve copy using the proven Joyous approach.

1. Create a draft campaign

  • Choose Create a draft campaign in the Campaign Assistant sidebar.
  • Enter a specific goal or business objective for your campaign and press Enter:
    • The proven Joyous approach generates two question pairs each consisting of a rated statement (0-10) and an open text question. Each question pair is focused on a topic. You can get better results from the Campaign Assistant by including two key topics in your goal statement, where possible.
    • Examples:
      1. We need to reduce the number of repeat visits caused by failed installations by getting feedback from technicians.

      2. We need to progress deals faster by improving sales support and collateral for B2B by getting feedback from sales representatives and retail staff.

      3. We'd like to talk to our field techs to ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently and that our training is effective.

      4. We'd like to learn how to avoid repeat calls for the same customer issue and resolve issues faster by getting feedback from customer agents.

    • The Joyous AI Campaign Assistant will generate a draft campaign, and display a preview of the two question pairs.

  • If the preview looks promising, click Take me to the full draft to see the complete campaign copy including email subjects, lead-in messages, and more:
    • You can edit and refine the campaign copy in the Designer.
  • Click Use draft to finish creating your campaign.

  • If you're unhappy with the preview, click Discard to return to the Campaign Assistant.
  • Click Tweak my initial response to refine your campaign objective:
    • Refine your goal statement a press Enter to generate a new draft preview.
