You can track return on investment (ROI) of a campaign in Joyous against different metrics. The impact tab allows you to: 1. Create an impact metric 2. Edit an impact metric 3. Remove an impact metric 4. Share a link to the Impact tab --- **1\. Create an impact metric.** - Click '**+ Impact metric**' to display the Impact metric modal. - Click the '**Impact metric**' input to type a name. - Click the '**Actual ROI**' input to type an ROI figure. - Click the '**Description**' input to type any notes or a calculation relevant to the impact metric. - Click the '**ROI achieved date**' input and select a date. - Click '**Upload document**' button to add files relevant to the impact metric or ROI.  - Choose a file and click **'Continue'.** - **⚠️** You can upload up to 10 files per impact metric. Each file must not exceed 10MB. Files can be an image (.png, .jpg), document (.docx, .pdf, .pptx, .txt) or worksheet (.xlsx, .csv).  Any format not mentioned is unsupported and cannot be uploaded into Joyous.  - Click '**Add**' to save your impact metric item. ![impact\_metrics](https://help.joyoushq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/impact_metrics.gif?width=618&height=451&name=impact_metrics.gif) --- **2\.
