In some cases, your organization may use Joyous' generative AI to respond to feedback.
When you leave feedback, the AI facilitator first gives a chance for a human facilitator to respond and continue the conversation with you. After a certain amount of time, the AI facilitator responds to ensure that everyone gets their feedback acknowledged. The AI facilitator may also ask for more clarification about your feedback, just like a human facilitator would.
The amount of time the AI facilitators waits before responding can be configured by your organization, but the default is 48 hours.

We acknowledge that AI isn't perfect, and sometimes doesn't do the right thing. If you think the response from the AI facilitator is poor quality, or inappropriate, you can report it to the Joyous team.
1. Reporting a message from the AI facilitator.
- Click or tap the AI facilitator comment.
- Click or tap 'Report message'.
- The Joyous team will get a notification to look at the comment, and use it to improve our model for the future.
