Use the bar charts in Insights to identify which rating scale questions require more focus. Jump to view the related conversations for context.
1. Jump to filtered conversations from category cards
- Navigate to the RATED STATEMENTS OVER TIME card by clicking or tapping the arrow at the bottom right-hand corner of the category card.
- Tap or click on a bar to select it.
- This will allow you to see the rating scale details for the selected bar above the chart.
- Tap or click on the search icon to the right of the rating scale details.
- This will take you to the live feed and automatically filter it to the related conversations.
- Apply the Negative (Sentiment) filter to view conversations where people aren't feeling so great about the conversation topic.
- Jump back to Insights to see a sentiment and participation breakdown for the rating scale question.
2. Jump to filtered conversations from questions cards
- Use the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner to order your questions the way you would like them.
- Tap or click on the search icon to the right of the question you are interested in.
- This will take you to the live feed and automatically filter it to the related conversations.
