Jumping to filtered conversations from a heatmap

Use the heatmap to identify which rating scale questions require more focus, then jump to view the related conversations for context. 

1. Click or tap the arrow to the left of the category name.

• This expands the categories so you can view the rating scale questions.

2. Tap or click on the search icon to the right of the rating scale details.

• This will take you to the live feed and automatically filter it to the related conversations.
