Not all feedback contains suggestions that make it easy to drive change. We automatically identify phrases in audience members' comments that contain ideas, suggestions, and requests. These phrases are highlighted in the live feed making it easier for you to know what action should be taken and what should be acted on.
- Apply the 'Actionable Conversations' filter.
- This will display only conversations that contain an actionable phrase.
- When a lightning bolt (⚡) appears at the top right corner of a conversation, it means the conversation contains at least one actionable phrase.
