The more you respond, the more opportunities you create for your leader to make a change for the better for you. It’s up to you how often you respond and when you respond.
Joyous exists to make life better for you and those around you. You might consider this each week, and if something comes up that isn't especially important to you, then it's okay for you to sit it out. We actively discourage leaders from hassling you to participate.
You may fear what leaders might think if you share your honest feedback. The truth is if you have something worth saying, and your feedback is constructive and respectful - then leaders will not only appreciate it, they will respect you for it too.
