Why am I not receiving notifications?

We do not send facilitator notifications for every conversation that receives a team member reply. You can expect to receive one weekly notification summary towards the end of the week (typically on a Thursday or Friday morning). The summary outlines campaign activity for the week. It includes how many people left feedback, how many actionable phrases have been highlighted, how many people have responded but not left any comments, and how many conversations you have participated in so far.
