Why did my token expire?

 

Joyous tokens expire on a regular basis to keep your conversations secure! If your token expired, follow the below steps to renew your token:

  • If you receive Joyous messages via email:
    • Search your email inbox for messages from noreply@joyoushq.com
    • Open on an email that contains a previous Joyous question.
    • Click on the 'Go to your Joyous feed' link. This will take you to your conversations where you can answer your latest question/s.
  • If you receive Joyous messages via SMS, MS Teams, Workplace, Slack or other means:
    • Find a previous Joyous message
    • Click the unique link within the message. This will take you to your conversations where you can answer your latest question/s.
