Why did my token expire?


Joyous tokens expire on a regular basis to keep your conversations secure! If your token expired, follow the below steps to renew your token:

  1. Find the previous week's question email from noreply@joyoushq.com

  2. Tap or click on Go to your Joyous feed.

If this doesn’t work, email us at support@joyoushq.com and we can investigate further.
