      4. Configure Campaign. Configuring campaigns is part of the operational aspect of running Joyous and is managed by the Internal Joyous Product Owner, the Joyous Account manager and the given Campaign Leads.

       

      TIP: To run a pilot, it may be simpler to use configuration options that do not require third-party integrations. For example: direct import with CSV for people data, email for contact method and Joyous username and passwords for dashboard sign-on.
