What filters can I use in Participation?

Narrow your Participation results to see data that is specific to groups of people or campaigns.

Attribute Filters

Attribute filters enable you to view participation for specific groups of people. Any attribute you pass to us in your people data can be used as a filter. Below are some common attribute filters.

Filter Chip (7) A Region filter lets you see participation for audience members located in a specific region (e.g. North, Auckland, Nashville).
Filter Chip (10) A Division filter lets you see participation for audience members working in a specific division (e.g. Engineering, Operations).
Filter Chip (11) A Market filter lets you see participation for audience members working in a specific market (e.g. Consumer, Industrial).
Filter Chip (6) A Gender filter lets you see participation for audience members with a specific gender identity (e.g.Female, Male, Non-binary).
Filter Chip (9) A Tenure filter lets you see participation for audience members with specific tenure (e.g. 0-3 months, 6-10 years).

 


People Filters

People filters enable you to view participation for individuals, teams and reporting lines.

Filter Chip (12) The Audience member filter lets you see participation for a specific person.
Filter Chip (13) The Team filter lets you see participation for people working in a specific team.
Filter Chip (14) The My Direct Reports filter lets you see participation for your direct reports.
Filter Chip (15) The My Direct Reporting filter lets you see participation for individuals in your direct reporting line.

 


Question Filters

Question filters enable you to view participation for a specific campaign or category and participation for a specific question.

Filter Chip (19) The Campaign filter lets you see participation for a specific campaign.
Filter Chip (18) The Question filter lets you see participation for a specific question.
Filter Chip (16) The Category filter lets you see participation for questions from a specific category/impact area.
